This Privacy Policy explains how Jevimi handles information when you use the app. The app is designed to work without an account and to keep your photos and saved wall previews on your device.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to the iOS app and related support communications. It does not apply to Apple services or other third-party services governed by their own privacy terms.
Camera and AR Processing
The app uses camera access to identify wall surfaces and place a virtual frame in your surroundings. Camera images and AR scene information are processed on your device for the live preview. The app does not upload the live camera feed to our servers.
When you choose to save a wall study, the app creates a snapshot of the wall and virtual frame and stores that image locally on your device.
Photos and Content You Choose
You may select a photo from your library to display inside a virtual frame. The selected photo is used only to provide the requested preview and, if you save a wall study, to maintain that saved result on your device. We do not receive or remotely store your selected photos.
Basic Device and Platform Information
The app may receive limited technical information made available by iOS when needed to operate permissions, display content, or diagnose a failure. Apple may separately process device and diagnostic information under Apple's own policies.
How Information Is Used
Information handled by the app is used to:
- detect wall surfaces and provide an AR preview;
- display the photo, frame, mat, and size choices you select;
- save and display wall studies on your device; and
- respond to support requests you choose to send.
Local Storage and Retention
Saved photos, wall snapshots, and related frame settings remain in the app's local storage until you delete the saved study, remove the app, or erase the relevant device data. We do not operate a cloud account system for restoring this content.
Service Providers and Platform Services
The app relies on Apple technologies such as iOS, ARKit, the photo picker, and the App Store. Those services may process information according to Apple's terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information or use your selected photos for advertising.
Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to a local-first app, including iOS application storage and system permission controls. No storage method is completely secure, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and backups.
Your Choices
You can decline camera or photo access, although related features will not work. You can change permissions in iOS Settings, delete individual saved wall studies in the app, or remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the app.
Children's Privacy
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account or cloud service.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the app, legal requirements, or platform practices. The revised policy will show a new last-updated date.
